Data deletion request

You can ask us to delete data associated with you or your device at any time, in any of our apps, for free and without explaining why.

Last updated: 2026-08-12

First: data on your device

Most of what our apps hold never leaves your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes it. To clear it without uninstalling, open Android Settings › Apps, choose the app, then Storage › Clear storage. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it for you.

Second: data held by us

To have analytics, crash and support records associated with your device or your correspondence deleted, send us an email:

  1. Send an email to the address below with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Tell us which app it concerns — or say "all apps" if you would rather not check.
  3. Include your device's advertising ID if you have it (Android Settings › Privacy › Ads), or the email address you wrote to us from. One of the two lets us find the right records.

What gets deleted

Deleted

  • Analytics and crash records we can link to your device identifier.
  • Your support correspondence with us and the email address it came from.
  • Any account record, where the app in question has accounts.

Kept

  • Statistics that are already aggregated or anonymised and can no longer be linked to you or your device.
  • Records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records held for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Data held by Google under its own retention policies for Google Play purchases and advertising — Google's own controls apply to those.

How long it takes

We acknowledge every request within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days. We will tell you when it is done. If we cannot identify any data linked to you, we will tell you that too.

A note on identification

We do not hold names or addresses for app users, so we cannot verify identity the way a service with accounts would. We match requests on the device identifier or the email address you contact us from. That is also why we will never ask you for a photo of an ID document — if anyone claiming to be us does, it is not us.
